Why isn't the document camera working?

If necessary, try the following solutions:

  • Use a white background (e.g., by placing the document on a sheet of paper).
  • Place the document vertically rather than horizontally
  • Try using the front camera
  • Use your data connection rather than Wi-Fi, making sure that your smartphone’s geolocation services are enabled
