Why does the scooter not reach 15 km/h?
If the scooter does not exceed 15 km/h during rental, it is possible that “BEGINNER MODE” is active. It can be enabled or disabled directly in the app from the icon on the active rental.
Please also note that in some areas, speed is limited. You can identify the limitations by clicking on the various colored areas on the map.
