Why did I receive a fine?

Fines may be due mainly to incorrect parking or traffic violations and may be the result of reports by law enforcement agencies or detections by Bit Mobility operators. Check your email inbox for a communication containing the report.

The use of electrical devices, traffic, parking, and violations are governed by the Highway Code.

Some rules in summary:

• Wear a protective helmet where required by law
• Wear a reflective vest after sunset
• Do not transport people, objects, or animals
• Do not ride where it is not permitted (sidewalks)
• Do not park where it is not permitted (sidewalks, disabled parking spaces, loading/unloading areas, etc.)
• Do not use electrical devices while under the influence (substances, alcohol, etc.)
