Why can I only make a reservation? Why can't I start the rental?

In order to use the service, you will be asked to enter some mandatory information, confirm your email address, enter your ID/driver’s license, and pay a fee for the first rental for new members of the service.

Rental can only take place in the vicinity of the vehicle, at a distance of less than 100 meters. Check that geolocation services are active.
