Why are my documents being rejected?

In order to enable your account to use electric vehicles, you must enter your documents correctly. The information on the documents must be clearly visible and
traceable to the actual user of the service. The selfie photo must be taken with the document clearly visible near the face. Documents belonging to persons other than the account holders, false documents, photos that do not show the document correctly or omit part of it, documents belonging to minors under the age of 14, and, in the case of scooter authorizations, documents belonging to persons who do not hold a valid European AM or higher driving license will not be accepted.
