What are the differences between the various subscriptions available?
UNBITABLE
Duration: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months from the date of purchase
Vehicles: The package may be valid for e-bikes only, scooters only, or both categories of vehicles.
The Unbitable package includes 4 daily unlocks and a total of 60 minutes of rental per day for the validity period of the subscription starting from the date of purchase. The renewal of unlocks and
daily minutes takes place at 00:00. At the end of the included daily minutes and/or unlocks, the excess will be charged according to the standard rate

RIDE/ROAD/COMBO (60,120,240)
Duration: Until the available minutes have expired
RIDE: Valid only for electric scooters and bikes
ROAD: Valid only for electric scooters
COMBO: Valid for electric scooters, bikes, and Motorcycle
The package includes unlimited unlocks and 60/120/240 minutes of rental in total. For each ride taken, the minutes will be deducted from the total of 60/120/240 included. The package does not have a set expiry date as it will be disabled at the end of the available minutes.

EASY BIT
Duration: X hours from the start of the first rental;

The package guarantees full coverage of the rental cost for Y hours. Once purchased, the package is activated when the first rental starts and from then on, for exactly Y hours, it will cover all service costs. UNBITABLE PESCARA

The subscription includes 100 rides of 30 minutes of rental, followed by 4 hours of recovery time. The 4 hours start from the 30th minute of rental or from the end of the rental itself; During the recovery time, all rentals will be calculated at the “Standard rate.”

The package guarantees unlimited unlocks for 30 days from the date of purchase. The package does not cover the rental fee, which will be charged at the end of the ride based on the rates in the city of reference.

UNBLOCK DAILY
Duration: 24 hours from the date of purchase
The package includes unlimited unblocks for 24 hours from the date of purchase and a total of 15 minutes of rental included. Once the minutes have expired, any additional minutes will be charged according to the rate applicable in the city in question.

10 TRIPS
Duration: 2 days from the date of purchase
Vehicles: The package may be valid for e-bikes only, scooters only, or both categories of vehicles.
The package includes a total of 10 rides lasting 30 minutes each, followed by a 30-minute recovery period. The recovery period starts from the 30th minute of rental or from the end of the rental itself. During the recovery period, all rentals will be calculated at the “Standard Rate.”

50 TRIPS
Duration: 30 days from the date of purchase;
Vehicles: The package may be valid for e-bikes only, scooters only, or muscle bikes only;
The package includes a total of 50 rides lasting 15 minutes each for scooters and e-bikes or 30 minutes for muscle bikes, followed by a recovery time of 6 hours. The recovery time starts from the 15th minute of rental for e-bikes and scooters or from the 30th minute for muscle bikes from the end of the rental itself. During the recovery time, all rentals will be calculated at the “Standard Rate.”

300 MUSCLE-POWERED BIKE RIDES
Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase;
Vehicles: The package is valid only for muscle bikes
The package includes a total of 300 rides lasting 30 minutes each, followed by a recovery time of 6 hours. The recovery time starts from the 30th minute after the end of the rental. During the recovery time, all rentals will be calculated at the “Standard rate.”

FLAT PASS
Duration: one month The package includes unlimited rentals for the entire duration of the package. For rentals within 30 minutes, a cost of €1.00 will be charged. Starting from the 31st minute, the per-minute rate applicable in the city of reference will be applied.
BASIC RIDE
Duration: 15 minutes for scooters and e-bikes, 30 minutes for muscle bikes Valid for scooters, electric bikes, or muscle bikes
The package includes unlimited unlocks for the minutes purchased.
