Always check the circulation area on the map. If you are in a BLACK AREA or OUTSIDE THE OPERATING AREA, you will need to take the vehicle to the nearest permitted circulation area in order to continue your journey.

Always check the battery status, as the battery and other features may stop working completely.

Send a report to BIT Support indicating the number of the vehicle used.
