The rate consists of the unlocking cost and the cost of the trip expressed in cents per minute.

In the case of a FIXED RATE, the user pays immediately for the first X minutes of rental. The fixed cost for the first “X” minutes affects active subscriptions, vouchers, and promotions. Therefore, “X” minutes are deducted even if the rental is shorter.

Please note that any excess seconds will be charged as a minute, which also affects vouchers, promotions, and active subscriptions.

A transaction is required for the first rental, which will be charged to the payment method entered. This will automatically top up the wallet in the app and can be used to pay for rides (partial or total) and subscriptions (partial or total).

A pre-charge of €5.00 may also be required before the start of the rental. At the end of the rental, only the actual cost of the ride will be retained. If the cost of the rental exceeds the pre-charge amount, two transactions will be made: the pre-charge and the remaining cost of the rental.
