Parking a BIT vehicle
All vehicles must be parked in accordance with the provisions of the Highway Code, municipal regulations, and the terms and conditions of use of the service.
It is POSSIBLE to park in blue areas and where there are BIT Points marked with the icon “P” or “%.”
SCOOTERS: Electric scooters must be parked in the designated areas marked with signs, inside bike racks, in parking spaces dedicated to scooters, and in spaces dedicated to scooters.
MOPED: Scooters must be parked in the parking spaces dedicated to motorcycles.
E-BIKE: Bicycles must be parked in bike racks.
It is NOT possible to park BIT-owned vehicles:
- On the SIDEWALK if there are no signs dedicated to scooter parking
- Inside PRIVATE AREAS (home, private garden, garage, barracks, etc.)
- Inside ENCLOSED AREAS (supermarkets, clubs, parks, etc.)
- Inside PARKS and BEACHES
- Where there is a NO PARKING or NO STOPPING zone, disabled parking or loading/unloading zone
- In areas where parking is prohibited, visible directly in the app (red zone, purple zone, etc.)
- In UNDERPASSES, BIKE LANES, PEDESTRIAN AREAS
- OUTSIDE THE OPERATING AREA
