I can't figure out where I can end the rental
Always check the circulation area on the map. If you are in a BLACK AREA, you will need to take the vehicle to the nearest permitted circulation area in order to continue your journey.
The map within our APP may show different types of areas, differentiated by color and restrictions. You can view the boundaries of the areas by clicking on each zone on the map.
BLUE zone: Service coverage area
LIGHT BLUE zone: Scooter sharing service coverage area
RED zone: Area where you can ride but not park. If located outside the boundary line, it indicates the out-of-service area where you cannot ride or end your rental.
BLACK zone: Area where it is not possible to drive
ORANGE zone: Preferred parking area within BIT Points
BROWN zone: Limited parking area only within BIT Points
YELLOW zone: Area with a maximum speed limit of 6 km/h
VIOLA zone: Area with a maximum speed limit of 6 km/h where parking is not permitted
OUTSIDE OPERATING AREA: Area with a speed limit of 0 km/h where it is not permitted to drive or end the rental. In the event of ending the rental or abandoning the vehicle outside the operating area, the penalties provided for in the Terms and Conditions accepted when registering for the service will be applied. The boundaries of the operating area can be identified on the map by a line surrounding the area where the service is active.
