How do I start renting a bicycle?

To start the rental, you need to scan the QR code on the handlebars. Once the rental has started, the electric motor will be activated when you start pedaling.

NB: Some models may require permission to use Bluetooth and nearby devices.

You can report any vehicle malfunction to BIT Support by indicating the bike number and the problem encountered (codes/icons visible on the display, damaged pedals, pedaling not working). If you need immediate assistance, call us.
