How can I request a refund for a problematic rental?

You can request a refund from BIT Support.

Please note that refunds for amounts up to €15.00 will only be paid by crediting the relevant amount to the User’s virtual wallet, net of the cost of managing the refund procedure, equal to €3.00 per transaction, and the transaction fees, which vary depending on the vehicle and payment system used. Refunds for amounts over €15.00 will be credited to the same payment method used for the rental, again net of management and transaction costs.
